Do Your Employees Have Identification ?All our cleaning staff should be wearing name badges with a barcode. If you scan the barcode it will take you to our website.

What services do you offer?We offer cleaning, cleaning inspections, light maintenance, landscaping, lawn care, linen care, pest control, guest services, and some remodeling. We can also provide minor repairs and services, such as: tile cleaning, painting and staining or other minor repairs to keep your rental property in tip top shape for your guests. If we cannot perform the service, we know who can.

How Much Do You Charge for Departure Cleaning?Our departure cleanings include hot tub cleaning and chemicals if applicable and a cleaning inspection. Every property is unique, and the price is based on the number of bedrooms and number of beds. *Lofts are considered a bedroom **Condos are subject to lower pricing than listed *** Square footage is considered during initial pricing Prices start at: 1 BR - $130 2 BR - $175 3 BR - $215 4 BR - $275 5 BR - $325 6 BR - $375 7 BR - $425

What linens does Mountaineer Cleaning and Maintenance Provide? Is there a cost associated?We provide all linens to dress the properties. Bed sheets include fitted flat, king pillowcases. Terry includes a nice white plush bath towels, washcloths, hand towels, bathmats, and kitchen towels. There is a per bedroom annual linen fee. ($350) This covers the wear and tear of linens. Generally, our company leaves 4 bath towels, 4 washcloths, 2 hand towels, and a bathmat per full bathroom. More terry is available upon request.

Are You Licensed and Insured?Yes, we are licensed. You may check online with the TN SECRETARY OF STATE. We are insured through Erie Insurance

What consumables do you leave in the properties for the guests?We provide a start-up pack of paper towels, trash bags per can, finish tabs for dishwasher, dishwashing liquid, sponge, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bath bar, lotion, makeup wipe, 2x toilet paper, and laundry soap.

How long does it take to get started with Mountaineer Cleaning and Maintenance?We like to have at least one week to set up new properties.

What areas do you service?We serve within 15 miles of our office in Sevier County. Our office address is 3619 Singing Pines Road Pigeon Forge, TN 37863

What is an inspection?Cleaning inspection includes making sure the property is guest-ready. This may include some light duty maintenance such as changing out light bulbs that are reachable, air filters, pool stick tips, etc. We will also report any issues we may find that are guest effecting.

What are guest services?Guest services is 24-hour support for your guests. We are the in-between for owners and guests.

Are there any costs to startup?We have an onboarding inspection that is half the cost of the cleaning. This is where our company goes through your property, takes inventory, gives recommendations, and labels all owner's linens. Our annual linen fee is billed out the first billing cycle

How do you schedule departure cleanings?We use a software called Resort Cleaning that integrates with several reservation interfaces such as VRBO, AIRBNB, etc. Here you will put appointment notes, Property Pictures, and any directives for our cleaners and staff.

How much do you charge for maintenance calls?We charge $62.50 for the service call up to an hour between the hours of 9am- 6pm. If we cannot provide a solution, we can direct you to the proper vendor.
